May I please inquire about the status of my order?

Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the date of your order placement for us to ship your item. Rest assured, we will keep you informed through both email and message notifications as soon as your item has been shipped.

Is it possible to make changes to my order?

Please note that we can only accommodate exchanges for items of equal value. To request a change, kindly reach out to us at operation@randient.com within 2 working days from the time of order placement.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments made through FPX (Financial Process Exchange) and credit or debit cards. If you are making the purchase outside Malaysia, kindly contact us at operation@randient.com.

In which currency will I be charged?

As we are currently operating in Malaysia, you will be billed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

How can I track the progress of my package?

We will provide you with a tracking number after your order placement. If you haven’t received a tracking number 72 hours after your order placement, please contact us at operation@randient.com

Could you please provide information about your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from any damage caused by the customer. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, please send back your item within 20 days from the date of the original order receipt. Please note that items cannot be returned or exchanged after 20 days from the original order receipt. The items must be returned with all RANDi Enterprise tags still attached and in their original packaging.
