We adopt a pre-order system. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks after you placed your order. We will notify you via message and email once we have shipped your item. We will also make an announcement at all our social media accounts.

You are allowed to exchange your order for item that have the same price only. You may place your request to change at operation@randient.com within 2 working days after you placed your order.

We accept payment through FPX and credit or debit card only.

Since we are currently operating in Malaysia, you will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

We will announce once we ship the items on all our social media accounts. We will provide you with a tracking number via message. If you still do not receive any tracking number after our announcement, please contact us at +6011 – 1194 4327.

We will accept, for return and exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 20 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 20 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all RANDi Enterprise tags still attached and must be in their original packaging. All the cost occurred will be borne fully by the customer.
